Hey savvy leaders! You are listening to episode 66. The Pep Talk Every Direct Sales Leader Needs.  

A bit different than your “why” this message is about what you love most about your role as a high-achieving direct sales leader. 

Because we all need a reminder from time to time. It’s helpful to connect back to the advantages that make you want to stay the course, share, build, connect, and preserve what you’ve built. 

This is about being persistent. It’s keeping these nuggets, these advantages of doing what you get to do, front and center. Because it’s not easy. I know you have moments that may be fleeting, maybe not even that often, but you have moments where you wonder, should I be doing something else? 

Should I be pursuing a different thing? It gets hard. Juggling kids and work even with the flexibility you have. It’s hard. The ups and downs of your income. It’s difficult, the distractions, the guilt that you’re missing out on something. Pleasing others can be a struggle. Seeing others quit. Transferring your belief is tricky. 

For all these reasons and more, I’m here to remind you about the advantages of why you love what you do. 

Please sit back and soak up these words. Save this episode when you have those down moments when things are hard and just hit replay. I’m going to list them out for you. Here we go.

Opportunity to help other women in a lot of different ways.

You love being able to work in the pockets of your day & be with your kids.

Developing other leaders.

You love helping other women find the time and realize they can do more with their lives and build their income.

Being part of a community that you have a lot in common with. 

Helping other women reach their goals. 

Improving yourself to help others do the same. 

You simply love having fun! Having fun with what you do!

Forming friendships and relationships with women. 

Teaching women about business. 

You love seeing the light bulb go off about how capable and amazing they are. 

Watching someone discover that she can run a business. 

Connection.

Help people live healthier. 

Building a team.

Freedom.

These are just some of the main reasons high-achieving direct sales leaders like you share why they love their role. 

It’s my hope for you that you’ll keep these advantages top of mind. But don’t just stop there.
